Shipping conditions

1. Shipping information

All orders are processed within 5-12 days of receipt (excluding Sundays and holidays). Please note that processing times may vary in cases of high order volume or illness.

My shipping days are Tuesday and Thursday.

2. Shipping method and delivery time

Within Germany, shipping usually takes 2-3 working days, for EU countries it takes about 4-6 working days.

The actual delivery time depends on the respective shipping service provider and begins as soon as we ship your order.

Please note: We do not ship or deliver on weekends or public holidays. If a scheduled delivery date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, delivery will take place on the next business day.

3. Costs

For orders within Germany , a standard shipping fee of €8.00 applies. For orders within the EU, the shipping fee is €20.00 .

4. Delivery countries

By default, I only ship to the countries listed below.

EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary

5. Shipment tracking

You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your shipping label is printed and your order has been electronically transmitted to DHL. From then on, you can check the current status of your order.

6. Damaged or lost orders

If your order is damaged or even lost during delivery, please contact me as soon as possible using the contact form, including your name and order number. We'll definitely find a solution.

7. Self-collection

Self-collection is not possible for logistical reasons.
